The PEAK10 Durable Skills Assessment evaluates skill activation across 10 enduring skills that drive performance and enable individuals to adapt and thrive in an uncertain future.
In just 25 minutes, the research-validated assessment measures durable skill activation through multi-dimensional analysis. The personalized results report an activation ranking from Emerging to Exceeding alongside rich narrative interpretations.

How is this assessment different than other skill assessments?
1️⃣ It is the FIRST durable skills assessment (that I'm aware of) that can help people understand which skills they could work on to improve their career resilience.
2️⃣ It is a low-cost option compared to other larger skill assessments. Which means that students, coaches, small businesses, and even large enterprises can use this assessment.
3️⃣ This assessment can measure someone's skill development over time. Most skill assessments are a one and done snapshot in time. It's hard to understand where someone has built skills when you don't have the ability to re-assess. PEAK10 can do that!
